DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout on a fixed rate basis on the amount spend for each order. Delivery options are provided for customer’s choice of shipping.

Domestic Transit time:

Singapore Standard Shipping - 2-4* days

Singapore Expedite Shipping - 1-2* days

 

Do note that products may not necessary be always delivered by our lovely in house team drivers, it may be delivered by trusted delivery partners, courier services etc. subjected to availability.

*Should there be a delay due to Force Majeure, The PET Store shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customer will be informed on such circumstances.

As delivery is not limited to Singapore, please write in to us at woof@twofurseven.com should you not find your country shipping available at checkout.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All orders placed will be subjected to stock availability at any point of time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in the store may be miscounted and will be unable to fulfil at any point of time.

We strive to maintain an accurate stock count on our website. At any instance of a product unavailability, we will fulfil the rest of the available products to you, and contact you if you wish to wait for the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you’ll like to change to another item or process a refund.
